Rates for the 2025 season apply to reservations with a two-night minimum.

Arctic Foxes Lair 1-Bedroom Suite (with Queen)
- (A) – $150.00 per room, per night/one person
- (B) – ($160.00 for two) + 12% tax;
Bruins’ Den 1-Bedroom Suite (with Queen)
- (C) -$150.00 per room, per night/one person
- (D) ($160 for two) + 12% tax;
Caribou Commons 2-Bedroom Suite (with Queen + Queen)
- (E) – $295.00 per suite, per night/two persons
- (F) ($315 a night/four) + 12% tax;

Long-term stays (30 days) offered after Labor Day and before Memorial Day – please inquire

Rates vary with length of stay, season, the number of adults & ages represented in your party, desire to book multiple rooms (private use of the entire Jarvi Homestay facility), & special offers. When traveling to attend a certain conference or event, ask if Jarvi Homestay is a recognized host site!

Although we have a two-night minimum stay, we will make one-night reservations for travelers who are willing to accept a $35 cleaning fee added to your rate.

Rooms at the Jarvi Homestay include complimentary off-street parking. Many amenities define the experience!

This is a BnB close to downtown sites, yet near the waters of Cook Inlet and the peace of a quiet neighborhood. Why settle for concrete, parking lots, traffic, and close contact in public places?

The guest suite encompasses an entire floor of this split-level residence with many amenities. A garden room brings the outdoors in – occasionally featuring moose & birds en route to their destinations. And the hot tub on the upper deck allows you to luxuriate while listening to the breeze! Fabulous B&B outside of Anchorage.

I had a last minute trip to visit family in Anchorage. I was referred to Jarvi Home Stay and am so glad! I was welcomed like I was a friend! Mary and Dan looked out for me, sharing places they recommended I visit with my cousin and checked in each day to hear about my adventures. The breakfasts were tremendous! I’m diabetic and Mary made sure to have a variety of foods that were tasty and a great start to the day. I particularly enjoyed their puppy who curled up next to me as I watched tv or read. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at the Jarvi Home Stay. It was spotless and very comfortable. There were great restaurants nearby – a short drive away, about 1.5 miles. The area around the home was great for walking. I enjoyed a 2 mile neighborhood walk each morning before I started my day. I really enjoyed my visit to Jarvi Home Stay and look forward to returning for future visits.
